Parish Registration:  If you are interested in becoming a member of our parish family, please email us your contact information, along with any specific way we can assist you on your spiritual journey.

Volunteering: Should you wish to know more about  a ministry or activity,  let us know by using this form. We will provide you with the contact information of our volunteers in charge of the ministry or activity. Our parish welcomes all members including our youth, to participate in many of these important services.

Prayer Requests: You may also use this form to make a prayer request to our Pastor. Simply fill out the form with your petition and send.

Special Events/Passages: When you wish to plan for a baptism, first communion, catechism, quinciñera, wedding or funeral, please contact Gladys at the parish office to make an appointment with Father Chavez and to fill out the needed forms. 

Emergencies: Should you urgently need a priest for the Sacrament of Anointing the Sick, please call the office at 707-963-1228.

Ministries and Activities

Saint Helena Church depends on its members to continue its programs and community outreach. If you are interested in helping with a ministry or an activity, please let us know and we will direct you to the person who can guide you. Make sure to also include the mass you regularly attend.

Alter Servers: Parishioners who help Father serve at masses.

Altar Society: Cleaning and decorating the church for masses, washing and preparing linens.

Children’s Religious Education: Helping our youth develop their life-long relationship with Christ through First Communion and Catechism classes.

Finance Committee: Managing the parish’s financial matters under Father Chavez’s direction.

First-Sunday Coffee Fellowship: Set-up and clean-up for coffee and pastries in the Parish Life Center on the first Sunday of each month.

Greeters and Ushers: The welcoming face of our church to parishioners and visitors.

Kairos: Christian fellowship retreats at San Quentin Rehabilitation Center (formerly San Quentin State Prison) twice  a year.

Lectors: Readers of the Gospel for all our masses.

Marian Visitors: Eucharistic ministers who bring communion to those unable to attend church.

Musical Fellowship: Providing song and instrumental music at masses.

St. Vincent de Paul: Community outreach for those needing assistance throughout the year and holidays seasons.
